Executive chef, Robert Haan
Our executive chef, Robert Haan offers a simple, refreshing take on bold American cuisine. His inspiration comes from growing up in a family of chefs, as well as his education in design. In fact, it was while working his way through design school that he discovered his passion for cooking. That passion took Robert to Atlanta for an apprenticeship with chef and caterer, Todd Stief. And after serving as kitchen manager and then general manager, Robert moved to Charleston, South Carolina to open second location for Mr. Stief. In 2001 the Atlanta location became available for purchase and Robert jumped at the chance to express his creativity. As owner and executive chef, Robert introduced a special events menu that focuses on the expression of natural flavor. Make no mistake about it. At the end of the day, the truth is, there isn’t much that needs to be said about Robert that you can’t taste for yourself. Don’t just take our word for it. Try the salt-crusted roast beef with bleu cheese, and you’ll know exactly what we mean.
